Yet Another Music List

So, you're bored with all the "current" music you're listening to, and you decide to dig out some old relics you haven't listened to in at least a few years and see what happens. What do you uncover (and enjoy wholeheartedly)? For me, a couple have been:
Talking Heads "Remain in Light" and "Fear of Music"
Minutemen "Double Nickles on The Dime" (sort of counts, as I have been listening to the Minutemen, just not that one)
Deep Purple "Machine Head" (forgot how damn good that record is)
Public Enemy "Yo, Bum Rush The Show"
George Jones "Don't Stop The Music"
